We contracted with South Coast Builders, LLC to complete an unfinished room on the third floor of our home in Scarborough. The contract included new drywall and custom trim on the door and windows, as well as building two entry doors to eave space. The crew was very respectful during the construction, making sure our family was impacted minimally by confining the dust and debris to the affected area and minimizing the noise as mush as possible. We are very pleased with the end product and it's obvious this company cares about attention to detail. The communication throughout the process was fantastic, and we always knew what to expect. The end result is that we got good quality workmanship, great communication, a finished product within the time frame promised, and really feel like it was money well spent.
